Spanning 77-87 Commercial Street, in Greenpoint, “Waterview at Greenpoint LLC” has filed a slew of applications to construct a 40-story and 296-unit residential building of 247,504 square feet, a 30-story and 224-unit residential building of 170,156 square feet, and a six-story and 200-unit building of 230,149 square feet.

Currently under construction, Fortis Property Group’s One Seaport residential tower will become one of downtown Manhattan’s first residential skyscrapers directly fronting the East River. The slender tower, designed by Hill West Architects, will stand 57 stories high to a height of 662 feet above grade.

Assisted Tishman in developing the Baseline schedule for this project. Work on 13 updates than turn it over to a on staff personal. When it was turn over the schedule exceeded 9,000 activities.

Consisting of 700 rental units, a Basketball Court, Pool and other amenities.
261 Hudson Street
New York, New York $120 M
This 12 Story rental with 201 units has a Library, Internet Lounge, and Roof Top Garden with Barbecuing facilities.
W 72nd St Subway Station
New York, New York $44 Million
Produced the Baseline and Schedule Updates on this New York City Transit Authority Project.
The Project entails the construction of a new control building, including four stairs and two elevators to platforms, fare arrays, and other related requirements, a new plaza, rehabilitation of the elevated platforms and the existing control building relocation & rehabilitating the existing token booths including major utilities work.
Barbizon Hotel Conversion
140 East 63rd Street NY, NY $60 Million
This project entails the conversion of the hotel onto a luxury condominium apartment building with approximately 65 units.
This project will take 24 months to complete. Among the logistical challenges, are to relocate 20 existing SRO resident to apartments on one floor and maintain the required means of egress and utilities, while performing the renovation work all around them.
Amsterdam Houses
New York, New York $30 Million
This is a New York City Housing Authority Project. The Project consist of Replacing and Re-pointing of the Brick Facades, new Roofs, new Water Tanks, Terra-Cotta and Canopies. A lot of abatement had to take place, on all 13 buildings.
ARDC Phase II– Rikers Island
Queens, New York $21 Million
Produced the Baseline and Schedule Updates on this New York City Department of Design & Construction and Department of Correction Project.
The Project entails the rehabilitation of a 144,000-sf kitchen with 8 new walk-in refrigerator/freezers, Warewash area, main kitchen, ice & beverage production area, trash & recycle area and many offices and storage areas.
